In this training, you’ll learn why neuropathy symptoms often progress and how small, consistent shifts in key areas of health can begin supporting your nervous system in a more meaningful way.

Neuropathy symptoms rarely worsen randomly. In this training, you’ll learn how factors like hydration, blood sugar instability, inflammation, sleep, and stress interact with the nervous system—and why addressing them together is often the missing piece many people have never been shown.

You’ll be introduced to the five key lifestyle foundations that help stabilize the internal environment of the body and support healthier nerve function. These are simple, practical shifts that many people can begin implementing right away.

I'm Heather.
Founder of Healing Essentials and a physical therapist with over 18 years of experience working with adults in hospitals, rehab, and outpatient settings..
Over the years, I saw a pattern I couldn’t ignore: people living with chronic pain, neuropathy, and the challenges of aging were often left confused, overwhelmed, and unsupported—told to simply “manage” their symptoms rather than truly understand them.
That experience shaped how I work today. I no longer practice in the traditional clinical model. Instead, I serve as a health guide, helping adults make sense of what their bodies are telling them and create realistic, whole-body plans that support comfort, confidence, and independence. My approach blends modern health science with holistic strategies to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being—always with clarity, compassion, and practicality.
Outside of my work, I’m married to my high school sweetheart, homeschooling our three children on our North Georgia homestead. Walking alongside my own family through illness and loss has only deepened my belief that people deserve time, understanding, and guidance—not just quick fixes. It’s an honor to help others move forward with hope and confidence in this season of life.
