Hi, I’m Heather—founder of Healing Essentials and a physical therapist with over 18 years of experience working with adults in hospitals, rehab, and outpatient settings. Over the years, I saw a pattern I couldn’t ignore: people living with chronic pain, neuropathy, and the challenges of aging were often left confused, overwhelmed, and unsupported—told to simply “manage” their symptoms rather than truly understand them.
That experience shaped how I work today. I no longer practice in the traditional clinical model. Instead, I serve as a guide, helping adults make sense of what their bodies are telling them and create realistic, whole-body plans that support comfort, confidence, and independence. My approach blends modern health science with holistic strategies to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being—always with clarity, compassion, and practicality.
Outside of my work, I’m married to my high school sweetheart, homeschooling our three children on our North Georgia homestead. Walking alongside my own family through illness and loss has only deepened my belief that people deserve time, understanding, and guidance—not just quick fixes. It’s an honor to help others move forward with hope and confidence in this season of life.
